Arctic Air Conditioning is a family-run business that has served Monmouth, Middlesex, Mercer, Somerset, and Ocean counties since 1977. We specialize in residential and commercial:

In 1977, Howard Albert and his wife, Paulette, opened Arctic Air Conditioning in their Marlboro, NJ home. As a school teacher, Howard initially wanted a part-time business for the summer while school was out.
By 1993, the business had grown so much, the Alberts knew they needed more space.
Howard, Paulette, and their son Ross, who had since joined the business, decided to move Arctic Air Conditioning to a 3,000-square-foot building on Vanderburg Road in Marlboro.
Due to their continued hard work and customer satisfaction, we once more needed additional space to better serve our customers.
In 2009, Arctic Air Conditioning opened the doors to its 16,000-square-foot facility in Old Bridge, NJ (08857). This gives them the ability to stock more products, ensuring quicker service.
