Home Comfort

  • Smart Away Mode allows you always return home to comfort (when someone returns home, Smart Away returns your system to a normal schedule and comfortable temperatures)
  • Allergen Defender monitors air quality and pollen levels, according to your ZIP code, and automatically turns the fan on to clean your home’s air when outdoor levels are high
  • Feels Like feature creates the temperature you want to feel, not just the temperature you set—much like the “Feels Like” temperature in a weather report

Energy Efficiency

  • Smart Away Mode uses the GPS in your smartphone to detect when you’re leaving, and automatically increases system efficiency
  • Performance reports give you historical data on your system’s operation and performance and helps you fine-tune settings for efficiency

  • The iComfort® S30 is compatible with devices with Amazon Alexa*, so you can use your voice to control your HVAC system
  • With the Schedule IQ feature, you only need to program the thermostat once (when there’s a change in your routine, it adapts heating and cooling to match)
  • You’ll be notified when the filter needs to be changed and when there’s a problem that requires urgent attention
