The most important day of an appliance’s life is the day it’s installed, and this includes HVAC systems. You should only trust your boiler’s installation with experienced professionals. If you need an HVAC company in central New Jersey, Arctic Air Conditioning is the name to know.
Contact Arctic Air at (732) 455-9110 to learn more about why our clients choose boiler systems for their central New Jersey homes.
Although boilers aren’t as common in more modern homes, many older houses use them for heating. Boilers and other steam heating systems are among the most reliable heating systems and work especially well in apartments, multi-family dwellings, and older business buildings.
Whether you’re interested in installing your first boiler or replacing an aging system, a boiler can offer many benefits for your home. Boilers offer benefits you won’t find with more common heating systems such as furnaces and heat pumps.
Contact Arctic Air at (732) 455-9110 to discuss your needs and the comfort, energy efficiency, and reliability of modern boilers.
If you need a boiler installation in the central New Jersey area, including Middletown and Edison, call Arctic Air Conditioning. Our highly experienced and trained technicians have been installing, replacing, and servicing boilers since 1977, and we know boilers inside and out.

Boilers use heated or boiling water, at which point the steam or hot water is circulated to radiators, baseboards, or radiant floor systems throughout the home. Conversely, furnaces use hot air that’s heated within the furnace and circulated via ductwork.
Some combination boilers are designed to provide water for heating and other purposes. “Combi” boilers are a cost-effective, energy-efficient solution that will deliver exceptional performance and long-term cost savings.
As with furnaces and heat pumps, selecting the proper size for your home is important. If it’s too small, your system will struggle to deliver the comfort you desire. If it’s too large, you’ll waste energy.
Every boiler is unique, but as a general rule, we recommend annual checkups at a minimum. If you have an older system or a model that’s prone to problems, then biannual inspections may be best.
Most residential boiler systems will last between 15 and 20 years with proper care and maintenance. It isn’t unheard of for boilers to last up to 30 years with exceptional care.
We strongly advise against DIY boiler installation or repairs. It’s always best to hire a professional to install a new system or diagnose and repair any issue with your boiler system.
This is the best way to ensure any problem is correctly diagnosed and the repair is properly applied and tested.
