Arctic Air is a family run business that has served Monmouth, Ocean & Middlesex counties since 1977. We specialize in residential and commercial Air Conditioning, Heating, Humidification and indoor air quality. Our philosophy is to provide top of the line equipment with the best installation and service available in the industry.

In 1977, Howard Albert and his wife Paulette opened Arctic Air Conditioning in their Marlboro, NJ home. As a school teacher, Howard initially wanted a part time business for the summer while school was out.

By 1993, the business had grown so much, the Albert’s knew they needed more space.

Howard, Paulette, and their son Ross, who had since joined the business, decided to move Arctic Air to a 3,000 square foot building on Vanderburg Rd in Marlboro. Due to their continued hard work and customer satisfaction, Arctic Air once more needed additional space to better serve its’ customers.

In 2009, Arctic Air opened the doors to their 16,000 square foot facility in Old Bridge, NJ. This gives them the ability to stock more products ensuring quicker service.

When you call Arctic Air, you know you are working with an honest and reputable company. Customers are often surprised to call during non-business hours and speak directly to the owners. Unlike other HVAC companies, a customer who calls Arctic Air will never get patched through to a generic answering service. You are directed to someone who is knowledgeable in the HVAC industry and can provide immediate assistance.

Arctic Air is available seven days a week 365 days a year. Arctic Air is a Lennox Premier Dealer and has received one of the highest awards from Lennox, “The Circle of Excellence” in 2006, 2007, and 2010.
